Consider imaging (US vs CT) for obstruction

UOP checks
IVF or diuresis

Remember that white cells does not just mean UTI (i.e. AIN)

Does work in slowly progressing AKI, CKD, or liver disease


Avoid nephrotoxic medications
Redose medications
Indications for Dialysis
Desmopressin if uremic and bleeding
Diuretics manage volume, but do not help kidney
